Sep 10, 2026I've stayed here before and glad I booked again. The hotel is nice and surrounded by lots of local food, jewellery and clothing shops, yet it's far less hectic than around Masjid Al Haram.
The mall in the hotel has good shops and they're generally decently priced....apart from the ground floor shop near the lobby seating area. They have a regular shuttle bus to the Haram, although due to roadworks, it gets you within a 5 minute walk of the Haram instead. This is still good as whilst the walk from the hotel is normally about 20 minutes, half if it is an uphill walk up, which in September/October weather at 40+ degrees heat, is a bit draining.
Overall I have been pleased with the hotel, though they do need to start paying more attention to the fixtures and fittings in the rooms, as many are loose. Aside from that, this is a nice place to be.

Nov 28, 2025Great stay! Taxi to haram is like £2-£4. Plenty of cabs outside. They have a free shuttle service to haram that I never used. Great staff and friendly. Will definitely stay here again Insha Allah
Breakfast more catered to Arabs and food has no label. Needs simple labels in English so people know what it is. Hotel has a large masjid as well.
Rooms good standard! Price is decent.

Nov 25, 2025food in Restaurant doesn’t have labels. So you dont know what it is. Food (lunch/dinner) is decent as it’s a buffet as well. Breakfast is catered to mainly Arabs. There is a shuttle bus but they don’t show you where to catch it etc. bathroom quite small but overall good stay! Just need a taxi to haram and back.

Also thre was no co-ordination between the independent breakfast contractor and reception to know who were the customers eligible for breakfast. The quality of food was poor. Reception staff were very good and co-operative.

Dec 21, 2025We had booked a 5 bed room. Upon arrival, we were told there were no rooms with 5 beds. we got a room with 4 beds. it was disappointing that they didn't reserve what we booked and payed for. they didn't offer anything to make up for it either.
overall room was clean, staff were professional. amenities were standard.

Feb 21, 2026Hotel was amazing, great stay :) I would definitely recommend however, the bus let us down, some days it came, some it didn’t when we were going to the haram on Fridays the buses and taxis don’t run at all for duhr but not to worry it was a max 10-15 minute walk to the haram !
