My heart was broken with the service. We were told there would be housekeeping and that never happened. So there were no replenishments of towels, coffee, etc. The TV had no signal on our second night and no one on site available to contact after early evening we were greeted by a lovely person and unfortunately the service did not continue.

Our stay was AMAZING! The staff was very kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The property was beautiful and our room was perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this inn. The Aerie Inn was located in the scenic Green Mountains, within 8 miles of downtown Manchester, Vermont. Owners were welcoming and very helpful. My unit was clean. I enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chair outside my unit enjoying the peace and beauty of nature. I higly recommend the Aerie Inn!

Beautiful, clean rooms, excellent service
We travel to Manchester VT often for work, and I am so glad I round the Aerie Inn! The rooms are beautiful, sparkling clean, very comfortable, everything you could want. Elizabeth and Mike at the front desk asa so friendly and helpful, they made everything easy. And they give you little local chocolate truffles too as a welcome treat! Excellent price, wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back!
