I was with several friends on a business trip and the hotel was in a great location. We had meetings near Louise and it was only a few minutes walk from the area. Also, the access to the metro was incredibly convenient. The staff was quite helpful as we needed to adjust our reservation several times. Not only were they accommodating, but their attitudes were very service oriented. I normally stay near the central station when I come to Brussels, but this hotel will be my first choice in the future.

The location is good for Avenue Louise and such places. Main gripe was that it was too cold in the room and no way to turn up the heating. There is a fan that blows out cold air at ceiling level which is not very good in mid-October. The staff took payment from my credit card when I told them I wanted to pay in cash. The apartment has a strange design. The toilet is at the other end of the apartment from the bathroom, and there is a small washbasin in the toilet that only dispenses cold water. There are too few power sockets. The sockets are too far away from the desk. The place seems to have been designed to save money.

A very nice aparthotel located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Brussels. In less than a ten minute walk of the hotel you are in the Louise shopping district with many shops and restaurants. A three minute walk will take you to the metro station.

Very nice market and bars and restaurants close by. It's connected to Hotel Cascade which is important with taxis and tours. The walls are a little thin and you can hear other visitors but it's located on a quiet street so you don't hear any city noise. We stayed in a studio apartment and it had a lot of room and th kitchen was well equipped and lots of dishes and pans etc.

This apt hotel is newly refurbished with a great kitchen and studio layout. The nespresso machine was a very nice touch but all appliances excellent. The location was very convenient - 2 blocks from the metro and then one stop to Gare du Midi - so easy access to airport train. Shopping on Louise was very convenient and also Louise village with a great number of good restaurants. Really excellent value and apt. gave us more options for a longer stay.

Loved our studio apartment to come back to every day: cleverly designed, spacious, clean, fully functional (cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, iron & board). Great shower with strong water pressure in small bathroom (no hanging space). Be aware there is no daily cleaning (once a week or on checkout only), & no laundry facilities any more at this hotel (now converted to staff facilities) so either hand washing or use the laundromat up the road. Be careful also to check your hotel door is actually locked - ours did not automatically lock on closing. Breakfast is expensive & not worth the small limited selection of cheap offerings. If included in rate (as ours was), it is located in the adjoining Hotel Louise - bring booking copy with you & confirm this with reception as our booking was lost. Carparking is expensive, has limited spaces & very narrow negotiated driving space.

A second trip to Brussels with my wife, after coming to the city two years ago for our honeymoon. We drove this time, and chose this hotel due to its good location to the centre, and parking facilities. Easy to find, and secure underground parking. Pleasant and professional staff, helpful and spoke good English, (no excuse I know!). Room was a double studio apartment, plenty big enough for two people. Nice comfy bed, shower was always hot. The kitchen was basic, but we weren't expecting much, a double hob and a microwave. A dishwasher, a sink, and fridge. A frying pan would have been useful, and the sponge scourer for washing up didn't look too fresh. The apartment was un serviced until we checked out, some may think this a bad thing, but we liked that we could feel as if we were coming 'home' at the end of the day. All in all a great trip, and we would be certain to stay again if we find ourselves in Brussels again.

Nice studio for 3 nights for me and my daughter. Highly recommend it if you fancy a bit of cooking as you'll find all the kits needed. Really felt like home. Very good wifi reception everywhere in the hotel, Even outside. Nicely located near hotel de monnaie Metro and few minutes from Louise. Pleasant stay overall. We dint take the breakfast option as we had a kitchenette and fridge. Only downside is the change of towels and bed sheets which occurs once a week but then again we were only there for 3 nights. But don't let it put you off. Grabbed a bargain booking through Hotels.com

The hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly. I was only there 2 nights and went to another city one of the 2 days i was there. The staff for the hotel was not there during the weekend but connecting hotel colleges handled services needed. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while in Brussels. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was for the low price we paid! The rooms are large and modern with a little kitchenette. Free wifi was available throughout the hotel which is a very important factor for travellers. The hotel is in walking distance to the shopping precinct and restaurants and just a short taxi ride to city centre.

Went for a romantic getaway for Valentine's day. Apartment was easy to locate, 5min walk from nearest train station. Not too far from shops, high end fashion boutiques, restaurants and sight seeing. Would defiantly stay here again. Apartment was clean and well kept. Overall great stay.

Really enjoyed the stay the room was very spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was a nice surprise having a gym but would be good if they add some free weights. Location was great for what I was after not far from CC 20 minutes walk but it is a very nice walk beautiful views and shops.

Excellent front desk staff went out of way to make stay pleasant. Windows in rooms (it is multi-storied affair), are easy for toddlers or young climbing children to access and fall through. there are no safetly features to windows. danger is acerbated by bench under window. Ditto the fire escape stairs - reasonable gap around the pillar of handrail is enough for a small child - toddler to fall through. Hand railings are with horizontal railings underneath which make easy to climb over - especially at top of 7th floor. Modern building standards in other countries prohibit this practice as toddlers and small kids do climb. TV did not work so moved me to another room (tv service man does not work on Sundays and one had the impression that no maintenance service is available) No coffee, tea or milk or dishwasher powder was incredibly inconvenient. It was a shame to leave the nespresso machine unused.
