Great location and very spacious. The street is noisy, especially in the early hours. My experience was that it’s a base for people who want to party so hearing people get in to the other apartments in the early hours occurred every night. It’s ok if you don’t want to sleep!

I love the place, super clean and homey feel like. Cristina is the best! She is very helpful and accommodating and flexible. We have what we need and she is always there to help us. For sure I will stay there again with my family if we visit Madrid again.

The property/building is in a great neighborhood just off the Main Street (Gran Via), and is a beautiful building and very modern and well done inside of the apartment. It was an excellent choice to be centrally located in Madrid and have plenty of space for my family. The two women (one was Christina) were so helpful, they sent me a WhatsApp message before my arrival to confirm everything. That was great! I highly recommend this hotel.

Apartment is in the heart of Madrid, I was really pleased with the apartment. Easy access to train, which we only used once since everything else is walkable. Plenty of restaurants and convivencia.

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was good. However, there was no shower soaps and shampoo provided. The check in and check out process were inconvenient due to short reception hours. We had to go to different site to pick up the key or pay 30 euro to pick up the key at near by office after 8pm.

Place is easy to find. We arrived prior to check-in time and the staff graciously allowed us to stow our luggage while we enjoyed Madrid before coming back and checking in. Kitchen is well-stocked and has all appliances including a clothes washer/dryer, and a small dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy walk to Plaza Celibas where you could use the Express bus to Barajas airport. Good shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to Prado Museum, Thyssen Museum, National Archaeology Museum, Reina Sofia and others. Several Metro lines are close.

Excellent location. They don’t have a office in the building so we had to knock 3 places doors so that we find out where was the office like 2 blocks away. Room next door had a huge party / fight / not sure yet what was going on they even knocked our door really hard almost waking up my kids at 2am .

Good location. Please note that you check in to a different location than the actual apartment, and the staffing is sporadic as the person on duty leaves to take care of other folks. I purposely booked this for our first nights in Madrid knowing that we would arrive before regular check-in hours due to our overnight flight and thinking that these suites would allow us to easily drop off our bags and possibly check in early. No such luck. We had to wait around for the office to open at 10:30 to drop off our bags. No offer of calling or texting when the apartment was cleaned and available--just "come back at 3 p.m." Staff bordered on being rude. Only one key for the place, so don't plan on doing anything that might separate you from your travel companion. The apartment was on the small side. The double bed was definitely that--often when they say double bed in a European description they mean two singles pushed together, which is basically a king bed. This was not that! Small bed with a flimsy mattress. Kitchen had induction cooktop (which we had to research on line in order to use), microwave/convection oven combo, refrigerator, dish washer, and clothes washer/dryer. No instructions for any of the appliances or any basic spices or condiments available.
