Great location, bad service
The location was great, excellent views of the intercoastal. Plenty of parking and free breakfast every morning. Only drawback was the elevator stopped working the next day. We had to lug our luggage up and down the stairs. The man on front desk kept on yelling at us because we told him our room key stopped working blaming us for the issue when a different guy was able to fix it by giving us a new card.

Clean, Pleasant Stay
Just finished a 2 night stay. The hotel is very small, only 2 stories byt has plenty of parking. It was VERY clean and had friendly staff. Beds were comfortable but rooms warm at night, even with the air running. Would stay here again for a quick work trip but not for a family vacation

I arrived the hotel at 2 am due to a medical emergency on the plane. There was no night manager at the front desk. After 20 min I called BW Cust. Svc. They were wonderful. The manager appeared about 50 minutes after I arrived. The key to my room kept disarming I had to replace it 3 times during my stay and I have several bug bites either from the room or the pool area :(

The pictures show a great pier behind the hotel , NO FISHING PERMITTED. This place was very clean but the beds are not good . Woke up every morning in pain pillows are also bad . In the Lobby was blasting FOX NEWS . On vacation I didn’t need political nonsense on tv or from the checkin person BILL . He’s views were not acceptable to me . Hated trans ppl he told me and how democrats were stupid .
