Our room was spotless and done everyday. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained. All of the staff was amazing. The breakfast in the restaurant was one of the best we’ve ever had and we appreciated being able to have guests (our kids) join us. Gorgeous and spacious room! If you’re looking for a long stay, it has a kitchen, two full bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, washer, balcony! Wow. The breakfast was Amazing as well. Highly recommend if you’re coming to Hanoi and don’t want to stay in the city, close enough to get a grab taxi and super affordable.

I have stayed at Elegant Suites for many years now and if anything it continues to improve. The facilities including restaurant, gym, swimming pool and spa are uniformly excellent. The gardens are beautiful and Jenny and all of the staff cannot do enough to assist with any query or request. Obviously there is a lot of construction work presently underway in the local area but Elegant Suites is an Oasis from all all of that and once inside the complex you would hardly know. I would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi and unreservedly recommend. James Collins

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff and facilities.
Although this hotel is about 2km from the old quarter don’t let this put you off! Download the grab app and use taxis. We moved here after a very bad experience with a hotel in the old quarter and we are so pleased we did.
From the size of the room to the amazing staff ( and breakfast Choices) you won’t be disappointed staying here.
By Westlake, there are wonderful restaurants, views and beauty spas walking distance from the hotel.
Particular praise to the reception staff and Truc Quynh in the restaurant who made us feel like VIPS.
