You get 1 pillow and they won’t give you anymore no matter how many times you ask. Don’t bother asking to check in early.

Hotel was ok. The location wasn't good, a bit dangerous but there was always police around. The location was convenient because was 5 min was from the subway station, and 20 min away from any main attractions.
The very very bad thing is that the hotel didn't have HOT WATER. It would be warm and not hot. We complaint but they said the whole hotel was like this and not only the room we were in. Was extra bad because was December and temperatures were -7C celcius.

Clean room, bathroom was little run down but still good I thought, they didn’t have a do not disturb sign in my room so I asked the front desk if they had anymore but they didn’t. I didn’t require maid service at my stay there, so I wanted the sign. I wouldn’t mind staying again there.

for the money you pay it is reasanable. it is just a few stops with the metro from the manhattan which is the best. for the neihbeirhood you have to be prepared.

We stayed two nights and the room wasn't cleaned. The walls were covered in little drawings—not art, but like when you leave your child with a crayon and they start painting the walls. The hotel feels abandoned.
