After searching different hotels, booking, cancelling a few, we ended with Swastika. To our surprise it’s a beautiful peaceful property without the noise of Sanur traffic. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and comfortable. We gave a 4 rating for cleanliness because we saw a cockroach crawling across the room 😝. Cook to order breakfast is delicious. Menu changes daily. The pools were great with good temperature.

We stayed here as a family over christmas and it was wonderful. The property is beautiful, 3 different pools, amazing buffet breakfast. All staff were very friendly, always stopping to say hello. Rooms were immaculate with excellent housekeeping each day. On Christmas Eve we came back to our room to find little gifts left for each of us and on christmas morning staff walked around at breakfast with baskets of wrapped gifts for the children, such a beautiful touch which we were not expecting! The beach is a short distance away and lots of restaurants and shops just outside the resort. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for a relaxing getaway except for wifi

Amazing family feel service, well kept pools and grounds, generous breakfast. Unfort the poor wifi in rooms really lets the place down, there are plenty of routers around but they are old and not well placed to get into the rooms. Also kids dont get pillows, so i slept on towels. Some small tweaks gives this a 10/10.

Very good value. The pool was way too hot to be refreshing but the guests seemed to love it. Very generous breakfast included is worth it. I had an upstairs room which had steep stairs to it which could be an issue if you had mobility issues. Lovely generous deck is the upside!

I stayed here after staying at Oyana in Uluwatu. For close to $100 a night I didn’t think that it was value for money. The room was dirty and the sheets were stained and the interior was very clinical and smelt musty. Staff were okay but some were not as friendly as other places we have stayed.

The room we rented stank. There was a strong smell of mould. Complained we were put in another room that was not the deluxe room we had paid for. The next day we were put into a better room. We asked for a revised room charge as we did not get the room we paid for. Was told no, room was booked thru expidia so they could not discount the room charges.
