The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The service was ok. Our remote controls did not work. Our toilet would not stop flushing. The free breakfast was not clear in that there are levels of complimentary breakfast. Our breakfast was simply continental, but it was not clear when we purchased the room.

Overall stay was average. We had a couple of missing items from our room. #1 a custom personalized cup and #2 a bag of organic tea bags that i travel with for medical reasons. Continental breakfast was average. I personally made complaint to property manager, she never apologize, never offered if they can review or try to replace items and yet share she had spoken to hospitality staff but that they never saw the items missing. Poor wifi service. Overall stay was average This location will not be recommended.

A GREAT MEXICAN ENVIRONMENT
Fascinating environment, spacious rroms. As “visitors from a cold country” we found the rooms a bit too cool at night. A big electrical fan was provided fot hot summer nights but a small space heater would have been nice for the colder winter nights.

Decent stay
Great location and parking was easy at this hotel. Staff were sometimes hard to locate when you needed gate to be opened, although it was mid-day. Room temperature was fine during the day but very cold at night. There was no heat in the room, no access to a portable heater. We were on third floor. Elevator fine - worked well.
