駅から少し離れていたため、トラムを使用しました。部屋自体は とても広くスタッフも親切でした。また、ホテルの目の前にスパーマーケットがあったのも便利でした。1点気になったのは、部屋にある暖房器具の効きが悪かったことです。

Disappointing from start to finish
Booked this hotel thinking it was a hotel. Is is a student living hostel. They give you a key which you have to turn in every time you leave the building and wait for when you get back. Got to my room: nothing in the bathroom, not even hand soap let alone the small toiletries you usually get. Had to go downstairs and argue with the receptionist to give me a hand soap. One small body towel, no floor or hand towel. Bathroom was not clean and wished I would have brought shower shoes. I chose a room with a kitchenette since I have some allergies that make it hard to eat out. One small pot and pan, both dirty and very worn. One plate, one bowl, 2 small glasses, one spoon, one knife, one fork, no cutting board, spatula or anything else to cook/mix with. All of those were extremely dirty with dried food visible on them. No dish towel or drying rack either. Oven was so dirty and greasy with food on it that I thought it would start a fire had I used it. Bed was a roll away bed with wheels viable and one small blanket and one hard pillow. I am a person who can sleep anywhere but this bed was hard! Very dirt and old mattress stuffed in one of the wardrobe cabinets, looked like it would have had bed bugs or worse. Super loud (not due to the construction) but from the loudest mini fridge I have ever heard with a constant high pitch squeal and the students living there who I heard screaming at all times of the night both nights (10pm, 1am, 3am, 5am) from when they woke me up.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Good Location, near to public transport.
But the room has very basic aminities. No shampoo nor shower gel. Old small towel. Pillows were very small. We stayed one night only so we did not use the cooker.

Big building with lots of rooms. Rooms are equipped with only essentials thought. They do have fridge and cooker, but no shampoo/shower gel/in-room hair drier. Room was cold and wind was blowing from window right above the bed and we had to move the bed and use the curtains in order to mitigate as much as possible. Pillows very small. Only one towel per person available. Pipe in the bathroom was broken and there was water all over it when washing hands. Staff was friendly. There is luggage room available for after check-out. Seemed like a hostel rather then hotel. We stayed in Helsinki for one night only and were mostly out during the day, so the room was a good value. Location is good, near transportation and on walking distance from city center and some nice city tourist areas. However, I would not choose this property for a longer stay.

Viesnīcas kvalitāte un serviss atbilst piedāvātai cenai ,izņemot brokastis ,tās ir zem katras kritikas(tēja,kafija sakaltis kruasāns un banāns) neiesaku ņemt ,zemē nomesta nauda.Labāk pagatavojiet kaut ko paši. Nummurā ir maza virtuvīte,bet ar ekipējumu arī ir bēdīgi , 3 naži ir ,bet dakšas nav ,1 bļoda ,bet šķīvju nav.
Virtuves piederumus un tēkanu var iet vaicāt recepcijā ,bet kādā brīdī sāk kaitināt ,ka nav elementāru lietu . Nummuri arī nav tie svaigākie un izskatās ,ka tas īpaši nevienam nerūp. Logu līdz galam nevar aizvērt un pa spraugu pūš vējš.
No pozitīvā ir salīdzinoši laba atrašanās viena , līdz centram 1km,līdz ostai ap 2km ,blakus pārtikas veikals un kafejnīcas ar nav tālu. Vēl ,ja esat ar auto un gribat ietaupīt uz stāvvietu (20EUR) ,tad apm 700m attālumā ir zona ,kur var atrast to novietot bez maksas.(tas protams nav garantēti) Recepcijā jums laipni iedos karti kā to atrast.

This apartment just few minutes drive from Helsinki train station and walking distance to malls / hypermarket / cinema / bus station. (Opposite apartment got K minimarket)
The apartment comes with 4 beds, kitchen and dining area. Reception is 24hrs, the staffs speak good English and very friendly. The location is quiet and convenient.
