Very beautiful hotel, well-groomed plants.🌞 I booked superior ocean view room. On reception guy said I paid for standard room and just because I wait for long my check-in he gave me a favor to give me ocean view room. Wifi with high speed available but never offered. Only one room key was given for two adults strict. When you taking out key from electricity pocket, refregirator stop working. Doesn't make a sense to promise people refregirator. The linen for 8 days wasn't changed. By their opinion it's ok. If you ask, maybe they will do, i gave up at this point . Mini bar was changed on the day 3. Tv on the day 7, because didn't work. I had a feeling I came for put everything in order in the hotel. Since I came to reception every day on day 4 the guy shoud on me, sure men doesn't like, when women ask what she paid for. They apologized later, but you can amagine how I did feel on my vacation. Entertainment for small kids - ok. O! I didn't mention...offers marrige for married lady for a us its harrassment, but they keep doing it. Overall i had vacation🤗

Property has amazing views and good location. The landscaping was beautiful. Drinks were unlimited, alcohol included (only certain drinks from a list). Staff was friendly. If you plan to go swimming bring water shoes. They were very flexible about when you can leave the property. So if you have a late flight they let you hang out, just check out of the room. It’s a very quiet place though and as others have mentioned there’s not much to do. You have to drive out. The food needs more variety. It seems that they served the same foods & desserts everyday. Also cooking methods need to improve — they used too much oil when cooking the pasta, as a result my fetuccine alfredo tasted like burnt cooking oil. Snacks consisted of small rolls filled with one slice of cheese or cold cut. There was pizza but we didn’t try it. There is no wifi in the rooms and it did not work in the public areas.

The property was beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. The only issue was a gym was advertised in the property description but there is actually no gym on site. The food wasn't amazing but it was buffet style and we didn't have to eat anywhere else. Overall I can't wait to go back it was an amazing experience

Amazing family vecation

The hotel was a 10/10 on everything, the staff starting from Diaa the receptionist and all the animation team, bar team and the restaurant team, clean and friendly, huge resort lovely child area and volley ball place, snorkeling is more than amazing, thank you animation team Tori Olga Batricha Karim Salma and their amazing leader, the food was very tasty, helped me withy 1.7 infant and got as a no stairs room close to the pool and sea and they even placed a baby crib for us, thank you every one for making it a memorable vecation

It’s good place for families and old people but not for youth. No activities most of the day. The beach is stones which may hurt someone, also so deep water after stones and if guest is not a good swimmer, he will not be able to entertain in beach.

Great service from start to finish, fabulous beach

If you are looking for an all inclusive stay, with its own beach, this is the place. I needed to get away from the greed & filth of Giza/Cairo after 5 days there, and this place was the icing on the cake of a 3 month trip across Europe. The rooms are big & comfy, and the staff really does their best to make you feel welcome. The food is tasty, and they offer different dishes daily. The water here is amazingly clear and warm in December, and they have a walkway over the coral that takes you to the drop off, so you can snorkel your heart out with ease. The dive shop is professional, and we even went out on a big boat to Thomas & Golden Reef for some amazing dive time. We didn't want to leave after a short stay of 4 nights. I will be back with friends next year, after visiting Luxor & Petra!

I booked a seaview room with expectations to get a room near the beach or at least with panorama view to the sea, but what I got was a roof-view room on the farest place in the hotel with high stairs to move up and down all the time. Hotel area is unfortunately full of insects and dirty animals beside mouses, which is strange to see in a hotel. Food was very limited in choice and quality was lower than 2 stars hotel can provide. Animation team was hiding at daytime and appear to dance only for 5 minutes, till the night show time, which was so long waiting to start and repeated music and dances even for kids, except chef animation Keto, has talent in his own shows and he was friendly with everyone.

The hotel is situated somewhat off the beaten track and there didn't seem to be a lot to do at the resort besides sunbathe. The hotel seems to be frequented by older Europeans and Russians. All were friendly and they mostly kept to themselves. The few younger people at the resort seemed to be bored and the few that we spoke to bemoaned the lack of activities. The weather was on the chillier side during our stay (from 12-Jan-19 until 23-Jan-19) and the very cold water temp of the pools kept them empty. We enjoyed the food and felt there was a good selection for an all-inclusive resort. Most of Sharm is accessible for a 15 Euro car ride that the hotel will gladly arrange (we don't think these were official taxi's), but the Old Market section we visited was empty and filled with aggressive shop owners. The staff at Labranda were generally wonderful. They were always helpful, pleasant and obliging. We spent 6 days diving in the Red Sea (which was beautiful) with Shamandura Diving , the onsite scuba company at Labranda and would recommend them without hesitation. They are most definitely not the cheapest in the Sharm area, but were pleasant, personable and professional and we would dive with them again if we returned to the area.

Gorgeous all-inclusive resort. Spotlessly clean & the staff were friendly and helpful but no way intrusive. WiFi connection was unavailable in the rooms and patchy in the lobby & bars. However, it was no harm to disconnect & instead, catch up on lots of reading, games of Scrabble etc. Food choices were plentiful including a fantastic range of salads, a pizza/pasta station (well worth the wait for a freshly prepared dish) & a gorgeous Lebanese restaurant overlooking the sea.

Nice location, but cleanliness of room had dingy sheets and towels. Spoon to stir tea had residue. Staff was quick to correct, but somewhat diminished the overall impression. Having said, would stay again and would recommend as everything was spacious and open. Also, be aware that post card stamps were severely inflated at their shop...but again, the place is super nice and we had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer than our one night.

OMG my 10 year old and I LOVED this place! We stayed for 4 nights but wished we stayed longer. The food was amazing.The staff super friendly and accommodating. The animation team was top-notch and kept my 10 year old occupied while I relaxed on the beach. The snorkeling is amazing here. I saw all kinds of beautiful fish and coral reef. I loved the architecture of complex as it resembles an old Egyptian village. It was quiet at night. The room was comfortable and clean. There is no WIFI in the rooms, but in the common areas like reception, the bar area, the dining area, which was fine. I highly recommend this place.
