Clean. Good price for what you get.

The room and beds were very clean. It's a motel so the entrance to each room is from the outside. It was close to downtown Boulder and I stayed here so I could walk to the free shuttle bus on weekends to Eldora Mountain for skiing. The only negative for me was that I left my luggage with them when I went skiing and there was no locking it up nor did I get a ticket or anything. You just had to trust them. It worked out fine but would have preferred something a little more "official".

Completely out of soap, shampoo, and body wash. This was discovered when in the shower, of course. Dispensers were so empty that they had either never been filled since installation, or hadn't been filled in weeks. No offer of compensation was made.

Horrible experience at Boulder University Inn Our room was terribly cold and the heater could barely heat it up in 3 hrs of constant work on maximum temperature setting. Shower was ice cold in the morning I had to take it cold it was painful. The shower drain was clogged as well The toilet started leaking in the morning too with a smell TV remote was not working...
