Great location!! Right on beach. Walkable to every thing you need. Room was fine. Every thing worked but it wasn’t really fancy. Balcony was super small. No room for a
Chair. Pool was nice and big. Hot tub was a good touch. Would stay again for sure. Elevators were sketch. Otherwise all good

Absolutely love this property. 12 story condo complex right on the water, every room has a view.
The local scene is really full full of surfers and people just enjoying life. Everyone walks everywhere, lots of restaurants lots of cool stuff to do, real low-key.
The building is old and a little dated, but the rooms are clean and very comfortable with the magnificent view of the ocean

The property location was great, right on beach. The place is aged, rusted light fixtures, bathroom fan did not work, so needs a refresh. Please remember to bring your own beach towels and chairs. But overall my family and I had a good time.

I never received any email or notice on how to do an after-hours check-in and it was NOT intuitive. But the condo was gorgeous and the views were stunning. The area is quiet at night - just the sound of the ocean waves! Parking is a bit tight with a full size SUV, but there's lots of great dining within walking distance, so you won't have to move your car very often.

First off they make you sign off on cleaning and making sure there aren’t spots or they’ll charge u extra..but we walk in and there’s spots all over the couches broken mirror dirty dishes…then the beds are so stiff and so uncomfortable you wake up hurting…for the price you pay I expected the bed to at least be comfortable and clean…only good part about it is the beach view

Tv in living room stuck on someone’s Netflix account. We reached out for help but issue wasn’t resolved while there. Otherwise a nice place to stay. Lots of rules. I wouldn’t recommend bringing young kids as they can be messy and cost you $$$.

Beautiful and well maintained condo. Great view from the condo. The building was safe with secure access. I was worried about the late checkin after office closing hours. But I was given instructions ahead of time which worked perfectly.

Location can’t be beat. Five star. Our unit was very clean and nice, with a great view of the beach from the living room. It seemed to be oriented toward shorter stays, for example there is no housekeeping service no matter how long one stays. The walls are a bit thin so if you expect complete quiet you may not get it. Fortunately for us there was only one night when our neighbors were at all noisy.
We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. They are a half block away, not toward the beach. No view from there but on the plus side they are protected from the predominant wind which makes them comfortable on a cooler day. Great for a winter visit.
The lady at the checkin desk went above and beyond, staying a few minutes late when traffic made us a little late. She was very helpful during our stay.
It is true that all the rules they give at checkin seem daunting, but they didn’t turn out to interfere with our enjoyment at all. They are not a problem for a couple of well-behaved adults.
I would definitely return.

This place was absolutely fabulous. The view from the floor to ceiling windows of the beach and especially the sunset was breathtaking. I've told all of my friends that they need to book a stay at this wonderful hotel.

After another school closure due to Covid during a cold January, we decided to go to San Diego and escape. Capri Beach Accommodations was the perfect place to get away and still be safe. The management was friendly and accommodating. Having my own fully stocked kitchen with a grocery store near by was perfect! Hanging out at the beach in the sun is just what we needed and it cured our winter Covid depression. Key fobs are needed to get into the building and there is always a security guard at the front desk, so we felt very safe. Parking is under the building with an elevator that takes you right to your floor. Our unit had 2 queen beds in the bedroom, but our son wanted to sleep on the pull out sofa in the living room so he could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Oscars Mexican Seafood was our favorite local restaurant located a block away. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be booking another trip in the future.

Check in was a breeze, Fabi was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful! The property is in a great location with many places to eat/drink and it’s a quick jaunt to the beach. The penthouse condo where we stayed was perfect for our party of 8, had everything we needed to prepare meals for the weekend, and had SPECTACULAR views. Highly recommend this property!
