During our one-week stay, the Wi-Fi was unavailable the entire time. It seems the system had been down for nearly three weeks, which caused delays in tasks like checking in at restaurants.
For the Christmas dinner, we were told that the buffet couldn’t be reserved, but despite waiting for over an hour, we were unpleasantly surprised to see people with reservations skipping the line. The lack of consistency among the staff made it frustrating for those who patiently waited in line, as they were treated unfairly. The food was not good, and the show was just lip-synced.
I was disappointed to find that the café menu and the ice cream shop were not included in the all-inclusive package, which was a first.
Additionally, there was no buffet open at all times, so whenever we wanted a meal, we had to go to a restaurant and endure slow table service. We wanted to grab a quick lunch before heading to beach activities, but we had to wait over two hours just to get a pizza.
Upon arrival, we were made to attend a tour introducing the hotel membership, which lasted nearly three hours. Despite our kids being hungry, we weren’t allowed to return to our room. In the end, we were even pressured with questions like, “Why wouldn’t you buy such a great deal?!” Although we managed to decline, we were then approached by about four other staff members, each offering slightly lower prices in an attempt to negotiate. This prolonged the ordeal, and we were still not allowed to leave for our room.
