Stay met our needs. Staff friendly but only issues were parking, we had to park on top of the parking structure uncovered and it was really icy. Also restaurant breakfast was overpriced and not very tasty but the service was friendly.

For price this hotel is a good 1 night stop before flying out of Pearson. Park8ng garage was full and we ended up on 4th floor. No access to elevator as we hadnt checked in yet. Reception and restaurant both under staffed so slow but they were pleasant and doing their best.

Stayed there for one night. Hotel is close to airport and has a free shuttle which was useful. The lobby and the rooms are outdated and not in good condition. Beds are comfortable.

Waiting for the shuttle over 30 minutes at Toronto airport at the middle of the night!! Very cold weather!! Called twice .. they said it will take time!!! Then front desk, no useful information or confirmation, not even offered a bottle of water!!
