Rooms were spacious, Clean and warm . Breakfast was very nice, good coffee and orange juice, lot of choice eg. eggs, sliced meats and cheeses . Breads And pastries, cereal, fresh fruit Etc. only disappointment No tea making facilities in the room. Although a Kettle was available if you ask.

Restaurant was not as expected. Buffet style breakfast, cold fare only apart from boiled eggs. Evening meals at 22.5 euros per head were expensive for the poor fare and choice that was on offer. Staff were surly and generally unhelpful apart from the bar staff

Nice and clean Hotel in convenient location.

This is kind of a hostel rather than a modern hotel as such. But for cost and service compared it was a good hotel. The room and area are clean. The reception team quite helpful. Wifi free but in the room reception wad not great. I arrived after 9pm so the restaurant was closed but the cafeteria made me a great sandwitch. It is a nice place just beside a main road but quite away from the actual road so no noise. I took a room which is family studio so had kitchen facility inside. No tea coffee arrangement in the room. Bed was ok. One room heater inside and in Nov it was still fine. Attached bathroom with shower and very nice clean. All seems to have been refurbished not long. Breakfast was basic but all seemed fresh and tasty. Coffee was great. Nearby small town of Blankenberg just 15 min walk which has good restaurant and shopping area. People are smiling and nice. Overall would love to stay again and will recommend to all.

Schimmel im Zimmer und unfreundliches Personal.

Der Teil des Hotels, in dem man uns untergebracht hat, kann man höchstens als Jugendherberge aus den 80er Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts anbieten. Wir haben allerdings 170,- plus Frühstück für ein uraltes Zimmer in schlechtem Zustand bezahlt. Die Fotos online sahen ganz anders aus. Unser Hinweis, daß es im Zimmer nach Schimmel riecht wurde abgeschmettert. Ein anderes Zimmer wollte man uns nicht geben. Ich kann nur von diesem Hotel abraten. Das ist Nepp. Schlechte Leistung für viel Geld. Auch auf E-mails an die Geschäftsleitung kam keine Reaktion. Finger weg vondiessr Unterkunft.

Nicht zu empfehlen sehr alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Dringend renovierungsbedürftig, die Möbel sind Jugendherbergsniveau, die Reinigung ist nur sehr oberflächlich. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht länger wären wir auch nicht geblieben.

Hostel-feeling hotel close to the beach

Rather retro hotel that seems like a former home for old people in style and look. Many pensioners as visitors but also some students. A distinct hostel-feeling overall. Lovely location with a short walk to the beach - but very strange that swimming was forbidden in early October.

Aufenthalt vom 12.08. bis 15.08.2024 war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Von Hygiene kann hier absolut keine Rede sein, das Hotel ist dreckig und es wird überhaupt nicht darauf geachtet, die Zimmer sauber zu halten. Schmutzige Zimmer und mangelhafte Hygiene: Schon bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer in einem erschreckenden Zustand. Überall lag Staub, auf dem Boden fanden sich Schmutzflecken, und die Badezimmerfliesen schienen seit Wochen nicht geputzt worden zu sein. Es war offensichtlich, dass hier keinerlei Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt wird. Besonders schockierend war die Tatsache, dass die Wände teilweise mit zerquetschten Mücken und anderen Insekten verziert waren, lebendige Tierchen inbegriffen. Kein Room Service: Am nächsten Morgen wollten wir in ein frisch gereinigtes Zimmer zurückkehren – Fehlanzeige! Das Zimmer war in demselben katastrophalen Zustand wie am Vortag. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns zunächst gesagt, dass man schlicht vergessen habe, das Zimmer zu reinigen. Als wir das klären wollten, wurde uns vom unfreundlichen Empfangsmitarbeiter mitgeteilt, dass eine tägliche Reinigung nicht notwendig sei, selbst wenn man dafür bezahlt. Das ist inakzeptabel! Keine extra Decken: Außerdem wollten wir zusätzliche Decken haben, was in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein sollte. Doch es gab keine, und unser Wunsch wurde einfach ignoriert. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.
