Séjour comme toujours excellent avec de très belles chambres spacieuses et tout confort, ce qui est un luxe à Toulouse...mérite 4 * pour les chambres, dommage que pas de room service

A pleasant change near the airport from the usual
I chose this hotel because I wanted to be near the airport in the morning. I arrived late - but the front desk had left clear instruction on how to get into the building and find my room. Very helpful, particularly in the dark! Rooms are clean, the general facilities looked good, though I didn't use them Alas the journey to the airport was slow, so if you have a flight in the rush hour, leave 40 minutes to drive from the hotel to departures. Still, it made a change from the chain hotels around the airport, and I would recommend if you're in the area

Chambre correcte.
Pas de bouillard, le petit déjeuner pas avant 7H15 trop tard pour un séjour affaire.
Fenettre en vasistas donnant sur la cour des employers.
Donc bruyant et en plus fumer de cigarette directement dans la chambre.

Les photos ne sont pas en adéquation avec la chambre que nous avons eu. La salle de bain prévue pour recevoir des personnes en situation de handicap moteur est beaucoup moins agréable que celles présentés en photo sur le site Internet...
Restauration copieuse et de bonne qualité. Idem sur le petit déjeuner qui est de très bon rapport qualité prix.

Not great I'm afraid
Ok, firstly the dinner was amazing. The room was ultra clean, the air con worked and the appliances were modern. But the atmosphere is terrible! Had to ring the bell several times before someone showed up to let us in. The pool is out of action despite it being very hot everywhere apart from our room. Four seats (for the entire hotel) provided outside. Whilst the staff were having their dinner they thought it was ok to play very loud rock music in the bar - under our room - so they could hear it whilst they ate outside! Room very gloomy and dark. However, the staff were generally very pleasant and polite - it had the air of a place being run by the staff but with no management? Out of ten we would rate it about 4, and that would be for the meal. Sorry!

Un bel hôtel avec un très bon restaurant
Tous les personnels sont très sympathique et serviable.
La chambre que nous occupions est vaste, le point d'amélioration est la largeur du lit un 160 ou plus est mieux qu'un 140.
Il y a de la place pour se garer.
Le plus de cet hôtel est d'avoir un très bon restaurant.
