Getting better!
Stayed here several times and it appears the location is finally getting the staff they need post COVID to improve on the properties overall condition. Anderson School is conveniently located near other restaurants and shops, parking is easy and staff generally friendly. Food at the few onsite restaurants is good with a few vegetarian options and ample beer/wine/spirits selection. Once the increased Summer pricing goes above the $200 a night, I don't see much value except restaurant convenience as there are other competitive hotels in the area that may be worthy of consideration.

10/10 Exceptional

Business trip to Woodinville
Here for 1 week of work, had a great time on the property with all the outdoor fireplaces and fire pits. Awesome that you can hangout around a fire when it's cold and sometimes raining and drink beer. The room was clean and comfortable, hot water and hot coffee down the hall in the morning; it certainly has some great character.

Comfortable clean but no in room workspace
Great hotel for those that like a bit of creativity and funk. Convenient due to the tavern connected with the hotel. However, the tavern has limited food offering and poor service. Nonetheless, it was fun to stay in a restored middle school turned hotel.

Good but...
Good overall. The room didn't feel particularly clean, toilet seat was barely attached, staff at front desk in the AM seemed unhappy to be working but this is not the norm as I have stayed at various McMenamins in the past. Parking is good. Plenty of good (not bad or great) food options at the three restaurant's in the complex and several other restaraunts to explore within walking distance (surrounding area seems relatively safe at night). Good beer selection but always have been disappointed with their cocktails (if that is your thing). It is a great stay if traveling with kids since they have plenty of areas to explore and the indoor pool is pretty great. I'll continue to stay in hopes that the staffing will improve and property is maintained.

Smaller rooms, no coffee maker or refrigerator in room. Outside of that, this place is outstanding.
