Hotel in a perfect location

Staff members are super professional. Very accommodating. Yupy was very helpful. Helped me out finding the best area tours with very short notice. My twin room size was very small, but the view from it was awesome.

This property is near Meydan it takes less than 1 min to reach Meydan park where are a lot of restaurants near you. The hotel offers a simple breakfast which is good. the staff was so helpful and friendly. only the downside is that there is a construction site near the hotel so we had to wake up always on the noise that comes from the site.

Hotel Nur is a nice hotel in a very good position close to the town square but down a side street, so it is quiet. The staff are very helpful and will organise a tour to Sumela and the mountains quickly and easily if you need it. The hotel is clean and functional. Breakfast is at the rooftop cafe with a great view. I had a great view from my room but the room was small.

BEWARE! Uncomfortable, noisy & crooked management

Very noisy. Very small room - showed us a larger room first but than they switched to a smaller room. There's not supposed to be hotel tax in Turkey but these guys charged a "tax" and wouldn't refund it even when we complained

I like the Hotel location it's near to the meydan Ataturk and restaurants and shopping are nearby, staff are very welcome, however, the hotel facilities are very old, the Hotel is not suitable to the young children and elderly, you need to climb dangerous steps to go to the reception, elevator starts from reception area its very small occupy 2/3 people with maximum weight 225,the starecase is almost death trap, part of it there is no hand railing, I was in room 405 for 2 nights, no body came to clean my room during this period, they was smell from bathroom, no soap holder, no tissue holder, the towels are very old it's risk to use, breakfast almost nothing to eat we use to go outside for breakfast.

Otel konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde fiyat performans bir otel kahvaltıdan fazla bir beklentiniz olmasın sadece yumurta ve kahvaltılıklar var yumurtada çoğu zaman yetmiyor biz 4 gece kaldık sadece 2 gün kahvaltıda yumurta yedik çay 9.30 9.40 gibi bitiyor ama kahvaltı 10 a kadar sürüyor fazla Trabzon’u sabahtan akşama kadar gezip akşam uyumaya gitmek istiyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz

I request room with 2 separet bed when I do booking they gave me room with one bed. I compalint many times to chage the room they change it after 2 nights . My stay for the first 2 nights was not good at all . The room was not comfortable . The next 2 nights was amazing when they change the room with two bed .

Otel çalışanları gerçekten çok ilgili, ama otel odası gerçekten eski ve pis gibiydi, musluklar çok fazla kireçliydi havlular yıkanmıştı ama eski olduklarından dolayı maalesef üstünde lekeler vardı.
