Ok for a night.
My room was old, rundown and quite noisy. Swan hill is an expensive place to stay and you don’t get much for your money. If you are there for the night it’s ok but probably spend some more money if you are having a longer stay.

Don’t bother - look somewhere else!!
We were booked in on Christmas Day and prepaid weeks before. On arriving, we were most disappointed, while the room was clean enough, it was badly designed, tiny and the bed was so uncomfortable. So much so that we had our Christmas celebrations with family, gathered our belongings and drove the nearly 4 hours home.

Best towels I have had for a long time at a motel room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets of good quality. I liked the layout with the bed tucked away from the window but it did mean the air conditioner did not circulate the air over the bed well. The bathroom was very dated and although clean, the tiles in the shower were heavily stained. The door on the shower did not work properly. There was only one spare pillow. The rough hewn treated wood leg holding up one end of the shelf was off putting. The blue metal throughout the car park etc would be stinking hot in high summer Overall the place looks very tired. I don't think I would stay there again.

Very neglected room. Lots of maintenance needed. Bathroom drawers fell apart when opened. Bad wiring to light above the bed, it couldn’t be operated independently of main lighting. Minimal plates and cutlery. Likewise coffee and teabags. Very stingy. Very small room.

The staff member spoke limited English and could not locate my booking. Arriving at the room we were confronted by a shopping trolley full of the rubbish from the previous day residents at our door. The room picture was photoshopped to look bigger and not represent the actual room. The room was booked for 3 people but had 1 glass, 2 cups and 2 towels. The only window to the room couldn't be locked. Very old and under maintained Disappointing
