Overall had a great stay at Ocean Riveira Paradise. The property was clean and well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the oppotunity to interact with all the different animals that share the property. The variety of restaurants available made sure we didnt ever get bored of the food options. - There were a few minor inconveniences (A/C in our room rattled, beds were too soft, in room safe didnt work) but none of them were a big enough issue to be of concern. - I would stay at this resort again.

At this price point it’s pretty good. The main buffet was ok considering they are feeding thousands of people. In breakfast sometimes hard just to get a coffee or bacon. There’s a margarita Mexican restaurant where they won’t sit you as a bit group unless you’re “priveledge” even when the restaurant is empty. The bowling alley was really fun but two of six lanes were broken so always a wait. Night time entertainment was ok. Mold is clearly an issue, lots of black mold around the property. Our room was musty but after calling front desk they brought up a dehumidifier that helped. Always pretty easy to find chairs and pools were never too busy. Beach and pool there were nice although vendors were walking up, I got asked if I wanted vapes or a massage maybe a hundred times. The ocean is pretty rocky if you go in. Saw monkeys, coatis, and deer around the property. Very nice overall for the price point, would recommend

Very expensive resort but the money is not worth the service you pay for, very old rooms, the sink did not let water through, water was dripping from the ceiling in the toilet, the beach is terrible, since there is no beach at all, it is a very small strip allocated for the beach, the food was a three, the territory of the resort itself is very small, it was very boring

We spent a week here in a beachfront PRIVILAGE room. The room was beautiful, clean, and smelt wonderful. I know some reviews say there’s a musty smell. We didn’t have that. Our butler Hugo went over and above. He was always in contact with us and made sure our stay was going wonderfully. The food at the resort was excellent. Pools were great. Beach was a bit small and uneven but it was still ok. My one BIG complaint was the staff who worked for the members presentation. They were horrible and very unprofessional. There’s not enough characters in this review to say exactly what happened but Angel basically lied to us to get us to do the presentation. And he fed off our kindness and guilt. Ana was just a rude person. When we said we were not interested in becoming members she accused us of wasting her time and stealing commission from her. We were never interested in this presentation and said it over and over again. The staff there needs to learn how to take no as no. I was appalled at how they treated us and am very angry that they stole this vacation time from us. H10 resorts really needs to talk to them and tell them they are way too agressive. I will be telling everyone I know about their horrible behaviour.

This was our second stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise and not the last. The food, especially the buffet and seafood restaurant, were excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the pool did not disappoint. Highly recommend this resort for an adults only experience in El Beso or for families!

We stayed there for 4 days in the Jacuzzi suite, however, we never got to enjoyed it since the jacuzzi was not functioning. Overall, the resort is extremely nice, clean, and huge. We really enjoyed our dinner at the blue moon restaurant, food was delicious and our waiter was courteous. Route 66 was also great, our waiter Angel was the best. The buffet food is mediocre at best but you're stuck eating breakfast there plus the staff there is the absolutely worst so get use it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there, drinks were good, food is good besides the buffet, pool activities were fun and room were clean. I would totally recommend for a nice relaxing get away.
