Titolare molto gentile, posizione comoda, posto tranquillo.
I usually don't write reviews but I feel obligated to warn other fellow travellers. Not only is this place very far from the city but Ivan dumped us in a different "house" altogether. When we arrived he took hours before telling us that we will be staying in a building 5-7 mins by car from the place we booked. He kept telling us that the new place is closer to the beach and that "it's at no extra charge/same price" as if it's a favour he's doing. the room is bare bones with no building or common area. This isn't all. Ivan was openly inappropriate and racist in his talks. He made bad comments about a Pakistani woman he had hosted earlier and accused me of being with an American friend because of his money and green card. I couldn't believe his audacity. The room he gave me had no safety with a broken balcony door, a shirtless man hanging around the entrance. No towels, toiletries, but lots of ants. I spent my first day in Budva looking for a new option. I managed getting another hotel, which was much cheaper and near the beach! I complained to Hotels.com and told them the whole situation. Obviously they're a money making company so they gave me a pointless coupon as an apology but are looking into this place and its operations. I would strongly ask you to look for other options.
