Beautiful riad in a great location, with a lovely traditional feel. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had its own private staircase, with a comfortable sitting area and excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, and the windows overlooking the courtyard were a lovely touch. The real highlightwas Bader. He was an incredibly warm, friendly and attentive host who genuinely went out of his way to look after us. Breakfast was amazing, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Bader’s recommendations were also spot on, from places to eat, to things to see and do. He even gave us some very useful advice about navigating the souks and being cautious of unsolicited help, which we really appreciated. A beautiful place to stay, made even better by a genuinely wonderful host. Thank you Bader. We’d happily stay here again.

The place is beautiful, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. The fireplace was amazing in winter. The bed was not the most comfortable and that’s why the 4 stars and not 5. Good location. Walkable to the souk, medina and everything. The airport transfer was really reassuring with the hotel staff walking us to the van.

The concierge team could not do enough for us. Everything was lovely. Our room had a private rooftop for lounging. The shower was a bit hit and miss but they all are in the medina. Everywhere smells of orange blossom. We stayed here all week so my only feedback to the hotel would be to vary the breakfast up a bit as it got a bit samey. I'd also appreciate a dinner menu board or a menu provided at breakfast maybe so we could see what was for dinner and decide if we wanted to book. The riad is in an excellent location close to Ben Youssef Medersa and near lots of great places to eat.

Perfect Moroccan stay

Absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Capaldi. The Moroccan hospitality was out of this world. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning was delicious. Beautifully peaceful oasis in the midst of the chaotic medina.

Our host Bader was amazing and gave us so many great recommendations. The service exceeded all expectations and the experience was all positive. He helped us book a few of our excursions and helped us navigate the surrounding area. The breakfast was also a great experience and we got to enjoy it with the rooftop view. This is a lovely, traditional Riad in the heart of the Medina. It is very conveniently located and walking distance to the main square, several museums/attractions, and many great eateries. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was beautifully decorated and was very clean. Breakfast was freshly prepared daily. The air conditioning in the room was not the best and we were there during very hot time. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Marrakech and wanting a wonderful, authentic experience!

Having stayed two night at Riad Capaldi , we transferred to Hotel Capaldi which was a very tranquil hotel , circa 40km from central Marrakech . Hotel Capaldi was first class for a relaxing and tranquil stay with great staff , food , spa etc , could not fault at all , lovely hotel , pool and grounds .

Fantastic place to stay!

In the heart of the Medina, step right out into the vibrant city and what a treat to return to such a calm and tranquil place. The rooftop terrace was much larger than most and the Riad has such a relaxed vibe. Maraoune and Bader were great hosts. Reserve your couscous in advance for your 1st night stay, it was delicious. After that there are several good restaurants nearby. Hope to return one day!

Comfortable riad with amazing staff

We stayed at Riad Capaldi for 3 nights in April 24. We chose it as we have stayed at the Capaldi Hotel but never before at the riad. The staff are wonderful. Nothing is ever too much whether it be advice on restaurants or how to get somewhere. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast and dinner we had were delicious. Watching the sun set over a fantastic glass of local Rosé was memorable.
