The Staff service is awesome. Property wise... 2 stars. you get what you paid for. At least it is still livable.
Plus point will be the convenience, and near to Bukit Jalil stadium/Axiata Arena.
The property's cleanliness/facilities/quality need huge improvement.
The room is quite comfortable but should improve more on cleanliness especially the carpet, because it seem a little bit dusty. Good treatment from the staff and customer service đđđ
Pro: fair pricing, easy to walk to Bukit Jalil for any event, plenty of dining options nearby, grocery next door, friendly staff, generally comfortable room to spend the night, relatively big bathroom
Cons: lack of designated parking, cleanliness of the room need improvement (huge water mark on top of ceiling reminded of Dark Water movie), TV barely functional (remote do not work, limited channel)
Is weird that the hotel is facing inside building. Myself coukd not find easily at the first impression. The megan promenade building is running down. Escalator nit working, giving me inconvenient to carry my luggage. It has life but is located deep inside so people will not know.
Walking 1.4km to bukit jalil nasional sport centre is fine for me
Was up in KL with my wife and decided to stay near Sg Besi area instead of downtown.
Supermarket a stone throw away and a couple of Malay/ Indian eateries nearby. Hotel lobby is within Mall up an escalator.
Safety feature revommended to hotel.. watch the low step as you exit the lift going to your room. At your floor.
