Tried to contact the apartment to make arrangements for checkin. No return contact, despite email and phoning twice (no answer) . Expedia could not make contact either. Would expect contact to be made automatically not me having to do it. Stayed elsewhere.
When we arrived we were told by the concierge that the room we had booked should not have been advertised for renting as it was a single apartment in an otherwise residential building. At great expense and a lot of time I had to book alternative accommodation elsewhere. Shame on Expedia for poor checks and due diligence.
