Julian Lodge is a terrific, cozy place to stay that’s located right in the heart of downtown Julian. The staff are so unbelievably friendly and nice and make it a point to greet you like a welcomed friend. The location is ideal and walkable to many of the great spots in downtown like Julian Cafe and Romano’s. The staff really make the Lodge such a cutesy Hallmarkesque vibe. Highly recommend!

Looking for a quick getaway WITH THE POOCH and this was it! Loved the atmosphere at the Julian Lodge—peaceful & calming—and the room was spacious and comfy. Just off Main Street, we could walk everywhere conveniently and easily. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice place to stay when in Julian. I had a small room but it was just me and it was in great shape. The staff helped work out a problem with friendliness and professionalism. I would stay again.

It was older and cute. Management was super nice. The only negative was that the air conditioning was super loud and I had to turn it off to sleep. Otherwise, I would stay there again. Nice location just around the corner of main street.

I booked this lodge through expedia,for my wife and my 10 year wedding anniversary, and I was not disappointed the building was obviously old but the rooms were redecorated and were in great shape,
Our room was extremely large and very comfortable, the staff was very accommodating, they even called as we were on our way down to advise us the room may not be ready due to a staffing issue and to take our time. We would definitely book a room there in the future.
