The staff service was excellent, having put birthday items in my room for a birthday trip on my part. Balloons, a card, slice of cake and "happy birthday" written on the mirror were lovely touches.
The room was lovely, and the steam room inside the shower an outstanding feature that should be sold more actively.

This is such a cute hotel, the room was small but well designed in layout. I chose this due to its location (near my son) and I would definitely stay next time in in town.

Front desk staff were great!! Very helpful with directions from the hotel into central London.
The room was lovely,and very comfortable bed.
Roof top bar was a bit disappointing,not a great choice of drinks and limited seating unless you are eating,we were told that it is run independently from Virgin.
Overall nice hotel but unfortunately during our stay there was a very bad smell,damp and musty in the corridoors and lift areas but not in the room.

The steam shower - oh my life it was amazing. The staff were absolutely lovely. Clean bedroom, huge bed that was comfortable and huge bathroom. Well stocked mini bar and great free tea coffee and water.

We had a fantastic stay- everything was perfect, from the staff being friendly and endlessly helpful, gorgeous and comfortable room and incredible food, service and views from the 7th floor bar/restaurant. I was not able to try the pool but will next time. From now on we will only book Virgin hotels. The BEST!!!

Our stay here was amazing! The decor is made to feel like a home away from home and it did just that. Plus, the steam shower is to die for! We stayed in a two bed room and it was super spacious, which sometimes they are not. Honestly throughly recommend!
