Simona was an amazing host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She was really accommodating. Trying to find activities to do during our off season. Checking in and check out was so easy with her. The property took our money. The island was under a state of emergency and we were concerned about the earthquakes and attempted to cancel a week prior and they refused. We did did not stay there. Very poor business practice and should be ashamed of themselves for outright taking peoples money under those conditions. Horrible.
