Best all inclusive in Cancun!
The best all inclusive experience. The restaurants and amazing the service is top notch. We had a room facing the garden and we had monkey visitors everyday! There are alebrijes around the property that can take your photo and send it to your room so you can buy them at the end of your trip. The property is so huge and has lots of small little beaches where you can rent paddleboards and kayaks! The resort is also connected to the parks with free shuttles every 20 min so you can hop on and off at Xcaret, Xplor and more! This is by far the best resort i have ever stayed at and will be coming back again!

In my opinion, Perfection
If you would like as near perfection this side of heaven, stay at Xcaret! This place is ideal for safety and security. Tip: Figure out which parks you want to visit before you arrive, actually call the hotel to reserve them! Restaurants, too, that require reservations. This way you'll get the most out of the tremendous amount available! Great for anyone -- except maybe the elderly? There was a lot of ground to cover every day. But if you're fit and can walk, enjoy the VAST offerings of Xcaret. Expect the best service and attention, a gorgeous property, unbelievable food, and lots to do.

I chose this to have the all inclusive fun and be able to go to the parks. The resort had so many lagoons and rivers to swim in that we never made it to the parks. The parks are fun. We've been to them. We did have an a/c issue that they worked on and they accommodated is and is because of it.

DO NOT BOOK THRU EXPEDIA. This was a fantastic resort….beautiful location, excellent service, great food. and fun things to do that were all included in the rate. Writing this review and giving it one star however as a warning to others. I booked thru Expedia and clearly indicated I was an adult bringing 2 minors. As Expedia even forces you to input the children’s ages when booking I did this and specified they were 14 and 17. I expected to pay ~4k for the stay - which is a lot for me - but I wanted to treat my family so I budgeted for it. When I arrived I was told that the rate I paid thru Expedia was incorrect as it would only apply if the minors were babies (i.e. not eating the all inclusive food or enjoying the all inclusive activities). I had to pay the difference at check in and ended up paying twice what I budgeted - over ~9 k total. Am now unexpectedly in debt and of course Expedia takes no responsibility for misleading me and making the rate error. Watch out.

I wish I could live at Hotel Xcaret. The parks and excursions are so much fun, the hotel is luxurious with a variety of different dining options, including the ability to eat clean if you want.
