2/10 Poor

They have zero air conditioning or any fans anywhere on the property. We were traveling with a toddler in code red heat wave 105 degrees (41 degree Celsius) the staff could care less we asked to cancel our stay and move to another hotel way out of our way they refused and even completely ignored us. Horrible customer service and can care less about their guests.

Ok apartment hotel, it is good for a short visit. I stayed there for two days. + they have free parking + hotel I close to the city and hospitals - the walls are not that isolated. You can hear other people - the room was cold - bad interior

Bzgl. Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Perfekt.

Alles gut bist aufs details

8/10 Very good

The room was clean and modern, bed comfy. There is good size fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The parking was good and there was a laundry on site which was very handy. The hotel is within walking distance to the town centre and lovely park. We found the pillows too soft and uncomfortable and the room was very hot with no air conditioning. But all in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location and grounds. Very nice rooms... updated and spacious. Front desk clerks didn't have fantastic English but certainly good enough and... much better than my German! Breakfast was simple but very good. MADE TO ORDER EGGS but you have to ask. Coffee was magnificent!
