Oct 22, 2024Eldoret City is a lovely place
Eldoret city lovely place but Comfy bathroom is a pity. The shower overflows to the floor below. The restaurant food needs to improve. Overall for the money it is ok if you want a cheap place at a cheap rate but please don’t pay to much for this place

Jan 11, 2025Do not do this online
I paid and they said they did not receive a payment and they said they do not deal with hotels.com anymore. They said they did not have rooms. I am still waiting for a refund. This is appalling and very unprofessional.

Oct 13, 2020I booked for my mother who was ill and had to be rushed to the hospital, on returning the lifts were not working and she could not get to her room upstairs, so she did not sleep in her room. Hence the cancellation of the 2nd day
