Aug 19, 2019Slow service
It took over 45 mins for them to find our bookings and even then they found the wrong ones. Then finally showed us to our capsules and it was ok but nothing special. The mattresses were very thin, although there bedding appeared clean, there were some stray hair strands around. The stay was very basic, there was nothing fantastic or special to send home

It was about what I expected for the price. I would definitely stay there again. The only complaint that I had was that the mattress was too weak And the capsule creaked when you moved any. But overall my stay was great! I love KK!

Aug 1, 2018This is our first experience. Overall the capsule was good and comfortable. However we are hoping that they can separate the ladies and mens dorm and also add a musholla for muslims to pray.
