The room was very nice and the front desk staff were great. The dining staff were understaffed, overwhelmed, slow and did not function well. We had dinner there and discovered this the only night we stayed there so we wouldn’t have breakfast the next morning. We checked out and went elsewhere.

Good food options, because I have an ankle injury ,and moonboot , I found it difficult to get in bed and also have a shower ,no rails and high bath.
Nice having extra pillows to elevate my foot.

The room was not very clean
The coffee mugs were filthy. The chair arms were torn. The bathroom door didn't close. The staff was excellent and very hard working. We had to change rooms our second day due to a very loud noise in the bathroom fan. The staff member addressed our issue very quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. Thank you staff of Premier Inn for a very nice stay.

Location: Centrally located in Southampton, very quiet and safe in front of the park.
Facilities: There was no refrigerator. Otherwise, the facilities were functional. The bathtub was one of them.
The free Wi-Fi speed was slow; faster speeds were available for a fee.
Other: The touch-screen check-in was difficult. It was unclear which number to enter.

Lors de notre arrivée, on a eu l’impression d’être des clients de deuxième ordre lorsque la préposée à la réception s’est aperçu que nous avions réservé avec Expédia. Elle nous a fait attendre dans le lobby, c’est nous qui avons dû aller s’informer si notre chambre était prête après 15h00. La préposée avait vraiment une attitude désintéressée à notre égard. Il y a des toiles d’araignées au plafond et de la poussières sur les étagères.
