I like the breakfast buffet. It was awesome. Stayed in there December 2023. The freezer in the room wasn’t cooling the drinks in it but I called up for ice bucket from the main desk and it came right away. Definitely I recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. Thank you.

Excellent everything!!!
Excellent everything!!! Very clean rooms, very nice bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was sufficient as far as quantity but very delicious. You don’t need a lot for breakfast at the hotel because if you’re traveling to Vietnam, get out there and try the local food, not the big fancy restaurants but the local restaurants and street stalls.

Lovely rooms and lovely staff. Unfortunately the very loud establishment across the street, 'Yo Beer', will rattle your bones if you decide to spend time I. Your room in the evening. It's deep heavy Bass that you feel throughout your body. So, the two sets of earplugs in each nightstand, don't help much. It's unfortunate for the Bach Suites because it is a lovely hotel -- but we would never stay there again

Everyone of the staff in this hotel is totally committed to make our stay as comfortable and convenient for us. My Le - lovely hotel receptionist booked our Saigon Water Bus trip for us online and volunteered to use her personal visa card to do this without charge etc. The house keeping staff were totally committed to making the bed comfortable for my husband to address his backache issues. The free coffee and tea facilities throughout the day with free butter cookies provided made it quite welcoming to get back to the hotel to simply relax at the lounge. Make sure you visit the 4P pizza place for your meals. It is located less than five minutes away. We enjoy the complimentary toiletries provided. And I have read at least two interesting articles from the magazines provided. The breakfast spread allowed me to try a few local noodle dishes. The hotel is only noisy for four hours in the evening before midnight. It is nice and quiet throughout the day. The club across the road has definitely let this hotel down. What a shame!😭
