They allowed me early check in and the apartments were brand new and immaculate! It was centrally located in an upscale neighborhood two blocks from the American embassy. Everything is easily walkable. I will definitely stay there again.

The water didn’t stay hot for long. We could only have one person shower quickly before it began to freeze. Next person didn’t have hot water until end of day. Also, the stove didn’t turn on. Even with all the instructions it was not possible to have elderly people use it. Otherwise all was good.

Horrible experience

I am not one to give bad reviews but this one is important to alert others. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. It is advertised as a self check-in, no-reception accommodation, which I was fine with, but the cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. When I arrived, the fridge was dirty, the toilet seat itself was unclean, there was a heavy limescale build-up in the toilet bowl, and the shower had visible mould. There were hairs left on the bathroom floor and tiles, dust in several areas, and ice build-up in the freezer. Even the windowsills were unclean. The flooring was dirty and the bathroom was smelly I contacted the property immediately and requested that someone come and clean. The following day, a staff member arrived but only cleaned the fridge and did not address the toilet, shower, or general dirtiness. To make matters worse, the property is a ground level, the windows are looking in semi build shaft which when i opened many mosquitos came in making the stay even more unbearable. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and the minimal effort to resolve the issues made this stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable or well-maintained place to stay.
