Location great! Facilities…not so good!
If you’re looking for a hotel right in the center of everything and close to the beach, but not on the beach… This is the hotel for you! However, if you want a comfortable and cozy room with a nice hotel or resort like feel, don’t stay here. You can tell they rushed their renovations and there is a roach issue. Also, they didn’t have a blankets or extra linen. The view from the rooftop pool was also good. The cleaning ladies were not very friendly or helpful. I would never stay there again.

Don't stay here. Save your money.
The hotel is a scam. Do not stay here. Save your money and go somewhere better. The biggest issue with this hotel is half the things on the listing are a lie and the photos barely resemble what you actually get. The listing states the hotel has "a private beach". It does not. The staff simply tell you to "wander down to the beach and buy a few drinks at the beach clubs of other hotels and (those other hotels) will probably let you stay". There were 2 pools, however one was green with algae and unusable the other was okay but small (on a rooftop) with no sun shade. There was no spa. The restaurants and bars are just ones that happen to be around the area, not ones exclusively for the hotel. The rooms were cheap with heavily damaged furniture. The bed was listed as a queen. It was a double and a stained mattress from the what looked like the 1980s. There was a kitchen, but no kitchenware. The shower and sink faucets were all heavily rusted around the outsides of the metal pipes / faucets, and the water smelled like it was salty (likely causing the corrosion). The doorhandle to our room was barely attached (missing crews) and not functioning correctly. The front desk sent a maintenance guy, who took a look, told us he would be back shortly, and never returned. The breakfast was okay (and the only decent part of the whole experience). Luckily we were only here for a night. I'd be devastated if I'd paid for a week in Punta Cana and ended up with such awful accomodation.

The hotel room I had was very old, dirty and disgusting. There was no hot water. The hotel staff was very unfriendly and couldn't care less as I told them that the room I was standing in was very dirty and there was no hot water. I was received by a very rude receptionist. The rm was not what i expected. There was No Bottled water and the water available was SALT WATER coming from the tap!!!! I had contacted the Staff thru the WhatsApp # I was given and noone answered my texted but they had time to read them. I finally went to the reception the following day and their excuse for not answering was that they had too many messages. I was asking for 2 towels and a blanket since i was only given the sheet on the bed even though i booked it for 4 people and my daughter and granddaughter had to sleep on a pleather sofa bed with no sheets!!!

The room was ok. No hot water, the sink smelled so bad (sewer) the shower heads were so rusty, and bathroom cabinet needed repairs. It took us forever to check in, from one place to another. “Reception” didn’t know how to check our reservation. Got bounced back and forth. They did not do the effort to even tell us how to get to the pool, if there was even one. We didn’t find it, no one to ask. Elevators were broken. Over all I would only recommend if staying for just 1 night.
