It’sa bit of a walk to tourist destination but it’sa quiet neighborhood and close to laundry mat, family Mart and Lawson (it’s like 7-11). Is great that the place offers free laundry and a good set of towels for the entire stay. Shower pressure is great😊.

Great experience!

It was great experience staying in this hotel. Close to Nipponbashi station which has connection line to Hankyu line so we could go to Kyoto by transferring only one time. Hotel is clean and nice. We asked for early check-in and it was accepted!

If you like service on vacation, this is not the place for you. There is no onsite staff. The room was too small for three people. There was something on the shower wall…I’d like to say it was hair conditioner…yeah. Had to take out garbage. Not relaxing at all. Description wasn’t clear - this is not a hotel. This is a hostel!

Great location for budget travelers

Good cozy place to stay, a couple of blocks from all the main shopping and busy area. So, got a quiet night sleep. Namba station is 14 minutes walk, Ebisucho station is 9 minutes. Family Mart is around the corner with two 7-11 about 8-9 minutes away. Room was a little on the small side but functional with a small futon along with a balcony. Laundry facilities on the first floor was free to use even providing free detergent. Contactless check-in by key code. Would recommend for budget travelers.

Extremely cold room

This is not a hotel. We got fooled by the nice images thinking it's a traditional Japanese ryokan. When I arrived there was no front desk, check in was just getting the key thru mail box - which was fine. The thing I cannot stand is how cold the room is, despite turning on the AC on heating mode at the highest temperature. There was no way to sleep there. We ended up leaving the hotel in the middle of the night and booked another one. Not recommend since the basic facility is just not there.

It was a self-check-in facility and small space to do this for 3people with luggage and lots of instructions didn’t make this a welcoming experience., in fact it was a challenging to weary travellers. Only 1 room key was available which meant extra navigating if someone wanted to buy water/snacks etc and the rest wanted to stay behind as keycard needed for lights and air conditioning. Room was clean with even little stove . Staff were responsive to texts and info booklet was helpful. The thin mattress is overs wooden board and this made it v uncomfortable for a side-sleeper like me. I felt bruised over my hip bones and couldn’t figure out why but my husband felt the same and we realized why. Other than that, the front entrance decor was inviting and room functional.

Hotellet lå fantastisk. Værelset var fint og stilrent. Badeværelset lille, men med badekar og der var et lille bitte køkken med køleskab og en kogeplade. Alt sammen meget godt. Madrasserne var dog så tynde (3-5 cm), at vi kunne mærke gulvet igennem dem, hvilket medførte, at vi ikke sov godt.
