Barbara (hotel mgr) is incredible! Only one challenge. I booked the suite that was pictured with the king bed and a window overlooking St Mark’s square. This is NOT our view. Our view was of a wall. Our room was huge. More like an apartment. There are 6 rooms in this hotel. The location is amazing! We would book here again for sure!! Clean and very safe. Great lock system to access the hotel & your room.

Beautiful spacious room with a huge bathroom and magnificent view of Venice ( Castillo Room ). Maribeth was very helpful and we felt looked after as nothing was too much trouble. Everything is nearby including some amazing restaurants. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. Our room was clean and comfortable. More than enough room for the 2 of us. Checking in was easy and the instructions provided were clear. The staff were lovely also. The location is great! It’s a little bit away from the main tourist attractions, but still walkable. The area was less busy and had more of a local feel. It’s also right by the water which is lovely. The sunsets were great. Bonus points for it being right next to a gelato shop! Right outside is a water taxi stop that made getting to and from the hotel super easy. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Such an amazing spot to stay in, very clean and friendly helpful staff, also a great location away from the busy crowd and mostly surrounded by the locals, it has a quick access to water transportations to explore tourist destination around, plenty of restaurants, cafe and art gallery across the bridge. Definitely come back and stay here again :)

It was wonderful! It was located one story above ground level. The stairs were easy to climb. They communicated well, greeted us upon arrival, supplied us with a few snacks, sodas, and waters. We stayed in a beautiful quiet sweet with fantastic air conditioning. The staff are lovely and helpful. Castello is a quiet neighborhood but easily walkable to major attractions. There’s a great gelato shop next door! Our safe and towel warmer were not working but those were minor inconveniences.
