Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

"The staff at the hotel is what’s earned it the rating. Always available , attentive and very helpful.
The hotel is located in the old quarter so it is not as spacious or luxurious as other 5 star hotels might be in the French quarter or elsewhere in the city, but those are far more expensive.
The rooms are not very large but the beds are very comfortable and the water pressure is excellent.
The breakfast was included and had a wide variety of items in a buffet as well as some a la carte items.
For the price this was a very good value.

"This place is right in the middle of the thick of it if thats where you wanna be. Next to the lake, market, and walking street. Can shop, eat, and get massaged until you drop. Staff went above and beyond to make sure stay is pleasant. Anna is an absolute goddess on earth.

"We absolutely loved staying here. The manager is so awesome and helped us so much. He helped us book an overnight cruise to ha long bay and a 3 day trip to ha Giang. We had so many questions for him about the rest of our travels and he helped us figure out the rest of it. The hotel room was very nice and cozy. The breakfast in the morning was super yummy as well. I cannot recommend this place enough and recommend how amazing the manager is. I recommend booking everything with him, he is the best. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. All of the staff are super nice, it’s super clean, and a perfect location close to so many things. I am so thankful we stayed here. If it wasn’t for the manager our trip to Vietnam would have not been as great. So thankful for his hospitality, kindness, and service.

"Decent breakfast with a different menu every day. Highly recommend trying the Pho-ga (Vietnamese Chicken Noodles) from their breakfast menu. Anna also helped us to arrange a car to pick us up from the Airport and also drop us off. She also helped us to book an
incense village tour at the last notice and took great care of us. Love to come back with my family once again."
