"We always love staying at Club Wyndham Kingsgate. Great spread out design. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. Great location to visit places throughout Williamsburg. Our only negative in our entire experience is the checkin procedure that requires you to visit their condo sales desk to obtain your room keys (bracelets) from a pressure intense salesman. While polite, they are persistent and try to get you to meet with them to discuss purchasing a condo or time share. That's not how we want to spend our vacation time. All said, we'll be back but we'd recommend changing check in procedures."
