"Incredible beach view from the villas and pool. Absolute gorgeous sunset from the property. They could do better in getting rid of the cats and dogs on the property though. Fijian Bartender Absolute loved his vibe! Disappointed that i paid 3 extra roll out beds and got none..
They need more reception staff"
"Room wasn't ready at check-in time. We arrived about an hour prior to check-in, they said they'd send housekeeping to the room immediately. We left to do some shopping and returned after our actual check-in time, and still had to wait another 30mins or so for the room to be ready. Room was reasonably clean but smelled damp and musty. No body wash in the shower, had to call housekeeping to send some up. Beds were comfortable. Had some issues with what was included in the room rate with Expedia and what the hotel had in their system. I paid a higher room rate to have one-way airport transfer included for 4 guests and a WST$50 hotel credit. There was no hotel credit, and when we checked out at 4.30am ready for our transfer I was informed they only had payment for one person's transfer in their booking system. I wasn't asked to pay again there and then, but I didn't receive the friendliest of farewells... "
"The gym was quite well equiped however there was really no place to do yoga or stretch, especially when busy. The room was well sized with a good layout. There are 2 pools - both very close to the dining/bar area - suggest during meal times that one pool is for children and 1 for adults. The manager - Nathan I believe - made a point to speak to his customers and certainly knew his staff well. A great choice to stay in when in Apia.

"Beautiful area of the island, a good place to stay if you want a stress free relaxing break. Staff are very friendly helpful and go out of their way to ensure your requests are met."
"Male bar staff were very rude & very unfriendly, they had an attitude issue towards us, shouldn’t be working in this area of industry, I found them to be quite annoying "
