"Hotel room was perfect for not spending a lot of time in the room! Just around the corner from the bus that took us into city center for San Fermin festivities. Very convenient. When our bus didn’t show up once, hotel staff helped us to arrange a taxi quickly. Nothing flashy about the guest room but we didn’t need much because we were in Pamplona enjoying the fiesta! "

Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the restaurant—was courteous and eager to help. They even went out of their way to accommodate a last-minute request I had with no hassle. This was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had. I highly recommend el toro hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service. They even provide free shuttle service during the festival. I would suggest they change the menu for breakfast buffet in the morning but other than that everything was amazing 😊"
