"Beautiful hotel - staff extremely helpful and efficient. Well appointed rooms - lovely decor and furnishings, bathrooms had plentiful toiletries and amenity kits. Cleanliness throughout. Food was fantastic in both restaurants - especially enjoyed the dinner at Sandemans. Big thank you to Daniel and his colleagues for making it a lovely experience - and huge congratulations to Chef and his team for the fabulous menu. The food was outstanding! Enjoyed using the pool and sauna facilities - spa staff were very friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to experience great food and Scottish hospitality! Hoping to make a return visit for sure. Thank you so much!"

"The room was very clean and warm. Toiletries, bath robes and slippers provided (although slippers a little on the large size for me, just being a size 2) !! Staff very efficient and friendly. Breakfast very nice and served to order lovely and hot. Dinner was also delicious. Coffee/tea was served in lounge following dinner in front of a lovely roaring log fire. Overall highly recommend this excellent hotel and will definitely return in the future."
