"Good reception by the lady from Texas. Really nice reception area by the breakfast and restaurant. Lovely view of the Marine Lake from spacious room. Secure parking. Room warm with simple controls. Handy for town centre. I really like this place! A proper upmarket hotel 🏨 "

"Wow myself and my partner stayed 2 weeks ago. What can we say. Excellent with very friendly and welcoming staff. It was our first visit but definitely be one of our favourites. Lovely hotel with spa and pool very clean all round. Breakfast and evening meal was spot on with lovely food, restaurant not badly priced. Note £10 for the pool swim and spa but well worth it. Would definitely recommend "

"Warm welcome from the check in staff. Fast check in. Had buffet dinner which was excellent value for money. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice and good quality food. Room was a little dated but perfectly adequate. Mattress was a little springy but not uncomfortably so. Found all staff friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant stay."
