Service was lacking
When we checked in I was asked if I wanted daily service for our room. I said yes. Well, that didn’t happen. I had to call to have our trash emptied (which I did twice myself) , for new towels, and to have our bed made. Because this wasn’t done I had to constantly call the desk. On our first night my wife requested an additional blanket. She was told it would be done right away. We never saw the blanket. I was sick of all the apologies for actions not completed. We were very disappointed for the lack of service. Besides this there were children everywhere causing noice, running in the corridors with no supervision.
Not sure how a hotel can stay in business with all these things going on. We were not happy with our stay. Excessive apologies are not an excuse for poor service.
