Avoid staying there.
The pillows and the linens had left hair from previous residents and I freaked out. The worst part of my stay is that I forgot at my checkout my electric tooth brush and when I claimed it they kept telling me they didn't find anything! Such a bad joke the whole experience.

Nice rooms in downtown Athens
Lovely spacious room and great, friendly staff. It is close to one of the dodgier areas of Athens so don’t walk down Satovriandou Street if seeing groups of homeless, drug affected people bothers you. If you’re getting here via public transport go to Metaxiurgio station and walk that way - you’ll avoid seeing all that stuff plus it’s closer, don’t go to Omonia station walk that way or you’ll end up in the heart of the action!

The staff are very helpful - the areas around is quite run down -hotel is 2 mins from the metro and so excellent location literally a couple of stops from Acropolis and bus routes to tours. Book youre journey ahead - staffs English is good but their awareness of local tours from Athens is limited.

Overall the experience at the hotel itself was good. However the area around it was slightly sketchy to say the least. The hotel felt safe at all times with a very friendly staff and atmosphere. The area of the city where the hotel is located has a few areas to be avoided specifically at night but it’s only a few euros cab back from the popular sights or take the train with a very convenient station!

Very nice property. My room was lovely - especially the one with a balcony. staff was very helpful and service minded. Hotel is next to a dodgy street which one can easily avoid by taking path from metro instead. I felt the cleaning of the bathrooms needs to be improved - it was quite clumsy with hairs remaining from previous guests etc.

The hotel's location lets it down, with many homeless and drug addicts in the nearby streets. I was travelling solo, so felt I needed to be careful about coming and going from the property. That said, the location is central and close to public transport and the centre of Athens city. The staff were welcoming, informative and helpful, and while the rooms are a little tired, it was comfortable and good value for the price. I didn't have the breakfast, but it was included in the tariff.

I stayed twice here and the rooms were very nice. Especially the one with a balcony. The staff were very sweet and service minded. The hotel is located were gentrified Athens meets the problematic drug districts. If you are familiar with Athens this should not phase you. Just use the route to the hotel coming via Metaxorgeou metro instead of Omonia. My only complaint was I thought batbrooms cleaning was very clumsy. I saw hairs and smudges from previous guests and certain the hotel can perform in this respect.

Very small room and bathroom but adequate for a couple of nights. No coffee in the room but there was tea. Attention to these missing details could be better. Shower was so tight that I kept knocking the shower tap and making the water cold. The area around the hotel was fine but I was advised by multiple people including locals not to venture around after dark.
