Good location. Dated hotel building.

The location of the hotel is great and the staff are very helpful and efficient. The hotel building itself is dated, the layout is confusing and the cleaning is not perfect. In addition, rooms are not serviced on a daily basis. Overall, given the location, it represents reasonable value for money for Sydney.

Great location

Great location and hotel for the price, staying with two children 16 and 11. The family room was large with ok beds and TV. We didnt need the air-conditioning. The bathroom was pretty rundown and needed a good clean. The shower was pretty average wigh intermittent hot water. The staff were excellent and friendly. We walked to the heart of Sydney and the train and ferry. There is a fabulous French Pattiserie up the road!

Get what you pay for isn't much in Sydne

Good price for Sydney but still expensive without daily servicing and poor cleaning from previous occupant. Large amounts of their hair were left on the carpet. The main lift went out of service. Thankfully there was a second one but I'm not convinced they took my reporting the incident seriously. And no men's toiletry kit available with a razor. Yeah, you get what you pay for which for Sydney was reasonable. But still bloody expensive

Good location in Sydney

The hotel was conveniently located near the Botanical Gardens, Opera House and Bridge. Also not far from the cruise terminal. The staff were extremely helpful, printing our luggage tags, ordering a taxi and helping us out (there is a short flight of stairs to access the lobby)

room clean but shower curtain dirty and needs cleaning. Room was cosy with new airconditioner. Great location. Staff helpful. There was continuous noise through the night which kept waking me up. (Sounded like cleaning staff working through the night). But altogether, a good stay. Good value.
