The hotel was in good condition (though only 1 elevator was working). The room was spacious enough. And appeared to be clean. The light switches for the bathroom were outside of the bathroom, a bit odd, bit they worked. The shower had no water pressure because it wouldn't completely turn on. Youre right off the highway though, so it IS a convenient place to stop for a night or two. But dont expect to be impressed by the hotel. Its a perfectly adequate motor lodge.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable with higher grade sheets and duvet covers which was a pleasant surprise. Shower was hot, breakfast had hot items and coffee and water station was available 24 hours. The onsite laundry facility was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again when in the area visiting.

Staff was wonderful and very pleasant. Two we dealt with were very friendly and explained things well. We did not sleep well at all during our stay. The bed was extremely hard making it difficult to sleep. We had to come home to our own beds to get some actual sleep.

Our room was *very* clean (which made me SO happy) and comfortable. The pillows were great! Bedding was also super comfy. Staff was polite and helpful when we needed it. It's not too close to a lot of food and shopping options but that was okay with us, food wasn't too far away. A convenience store and Dollar General were within walking distance, right across and beside, so that is a plus. Lobby area was very elegant and peaceful. I give this stay a 10/10, even if someone in the breakfast area accidentally set the alarms off, it was funny more than anything after the fact and helped me wake up on time anyways, lol. I chose this location due to the most recent reviews being good ones, as well as the excellent price comparison to other hotels on the way of our trip, and I would definitely choose them again.

We appreciate the fact that our room didn’t have carpet, but, holy moley the floors needed a good wash! They were FILTHY!! We also liked that we could open the window for fresh air. Not having any butter or margerine (all run out) for breakfast was irritating. Come on Comfort Inn! You van do much better!!

I have already reached out to comfort inn and I also reached out to expedia thirty minutes after I made my reservation... No one helped me to try to cancel it. It cost me an absolute ludicrous amount of money because then it was thirty dollars per dog... I booked the wrong hotel... I was trying to go to thomasville georgia I live right down the street from thomasville north carolina... So why would I book a hotel down the street... Since no one would help me Expedia tried calling comfort in. We were on hold for like twenty minutes... So I packed up my dogs and thought if I'm paying for this hotel room. Fine we'll go stay in a hotel for a night that should be fun... Definitely not for $200!! Very unsatisfied with both companies

Comfort Thomasville

The hotel is remote. We needed a stop late at night on our way home. The hostess/check-in woman was friendly, but negatively advised us of all of the homeless in the area. There are signs everywhere you look in the hotel telling you what not to do. My favorite was the sign on the ice machine telling you not to fill your cooler with ice.
