Excellent customer service by Latoria. We booked this last minute after our flight got cancelled and the airline put us up in a dump. It was so nice to have a clean bed to sleep in and a very clean bathroom to take a shower. Priscilla also was very nice and friendly. The only complaint was with the shuttle service. We had to call an Uber as he let other people on first and we had been waiting much longer. Should be more organized.

Kinda dirty
I spent one night as it’s near the airport and I had a connecting flight the next day. It’s close to the airport and has a free shuttle 24 hours. Upon entering the room it all seemed ok until I was ready to get in bed. There was hair, dirt and stains on the sheets. Not at first sight but when removing the covers you could clearly see it. I requested fresh sheets and they gave me a flat and fitted sheet. I had to call back for pillow cases. They brought a couple. The duvet insert was awful: torn and stained so I slept without it. Breakfast is very basic. Scrambled eggs from a carton, pancakes with green coloring (St Patrick’s month), white bread and bagels and bland oatmeal. Juice from concentrate and water.
