Great spot!
We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept the hotel was. Our room, hallway, elevator and lobby were immaculate. The pool was a good size, lots of options in the exercise room. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel for years. Lots of choices. It was also easily accessible to the local expressway. We will definitely return when we come back to the KW area😁

We were thankful for a early check-in at 12:30 as we had a long overnight flight, however about arrival we were checked into a wheelchair accessible room. While we didn't mind not having a tub, we noticed that the shower curtain in that shower was not long enough and the water escaped the shower area into the bathroom regularly. The water was warm but never hot. Lovely stay
Stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and it was a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and quiet, you couldn't hear your neighbors or anyone in the hallway which was nice. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed. The pillows however were super soft and gave minimal head support. Having an option for firmer pillows or extra pillows in the room would have been nice.

My daughter and I stayed here. It was a pleasant stay, nice, clean etc until I went to have a shower in the morning and there was little to no hot water. I reported it to the front desk at check out, and they apologized but that was it.
